Penny Dread was created for the Road To Polish Con polishes for Polish Con Chicago 2017. For those who didn't get it during Polish Con you're in luck! We have very limited stock still available. This limited edition polish is a bright coppery color with metallic red flakes, a red-ish pink shift, and lots of holo rainbows. It's sure to compliment any fall outfit.
