Non-toxic and 10-free means our nail polish does not contain:

  • Toluene
  • Formaldehyde
  • Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)
  • Formaldehyde Resins
  • Triphenyl phosphate (TPHP)
  • Ethyl Tosylamide
  • Xylene
  • Parabens
  • Gluten
  • Camphor

Please note our quick-dry top coat, Swift, is the one exception. It does contain Toluene so is considered 9-free.

NeVerMind Apothecary does not test any of it's products on animals. Nor do we purchase supplies that have been tested on animals.

None of our products are made using animal products or animal by-products. We are 100% vegan and cruelty-free

Returns and exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds will be issued provided the refund request is made within 14 days of receipt of the original item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus shipping charges.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit! Please ensure you package your return items carefully.

We do not accept exchanges unless item is damaged or defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation.  We will be unable to provide refunds without a picture or return. Please include your order number and the shipping information on your order.

NeVerMind Apothecary is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, VAT, or tariffs that may occur with orders.

Policies

  • Orders ship within 7 business days of order (business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).  Orders are processed in the order that they are received.  You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.
  • Shipping times may be longer during big sales events, such as Black Friday.
  • All orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Ground Saver.
  • NeVerMind Apothecary is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double check your input for accuracy.
  • Packages will not be refunded or reshipped once the tracking information indicates the package was delivered (marked delivered, accepted, received, etc.).
  • NeVerMind Apothecary reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
  • As with any handmade product, slight variations will occur.
